Summary: The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace would be nice as we were not familiar with the use of either.

Summary: This location was ideal for our trip to historic Youngstown, Fort Niagra, Lake Ontario and Niagra Falls. The short stroll to Lake Ontario from the back yard was a perfect escape for some quiet time. The house was clean and comfortable and the upstairs suite was dreamy. Our host was very thoughtful and responded same day when the hot tub needed attention.The driveway is a little hard to spot, especially at night.All in all a great place to stay.

Summary: After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to get away from the bustle of tourism to this gem of a location. We showed up a little late, but check-in was easy. Our host was very nice and accommodating. The complimentary muffins were delicious!

Summary: Beautiful area, house is well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We had a multi-generational group family group, with my parents, my wife and I and our three kids 6&under. Kids loved swimming in the pool, the hot tub on the deck, and playing outside. Windows and dry large deck help bring in the nature! Wi-fi is great, with a desk set up. Neighborhood park with Lake Ontario access is accessible from the back yard. Walked there multiple times to see the (beautiful) sunset, play at the playground, and test the waters.

Summary: Visiting family in the area, perfect location. Able to accommodate 4adults and 2 children comfortably. Clean and spacious, frig was stocked with breakfast items, a lovely surprise, short walk to the water and playground area. Would definitely stay at this property again. Hostess was readily available for any questions.

Summary: House was perfect for our needs. Very friendly owner, had everything ready when we got there and some. 3 couples just getting away from kids for a night to hang out, house was perfect. We had no complaints, and actually have plans to rent again when the weather is a bit nicer.
