10 Bedroom House in Val-des-Lacs

Our Estate is a paradise for larger groups and extended families. Main house offers large kitchen, living area with pool table, large dining room and a Hot Tub with majestic lake view. Several sofas will comfortably accommodate large group in the living room and gather families around majestic fireplace. Unique features: private waterfall and private trail around the lake ( not maintained - use at your own risk)
Guest house is 30m from the main house
FYI: the cottage offers fiber optic internet
The space
Our cottage is unique. We provide in the main house 6 spacious bedrooms and 1 enclosed TV room, which could be easily turned into 7th bedroom and 2,5 bathrooms. The Guest House offers 3 spacious bedrooms, its own kitchen and bathroom.
Location: just 1 hr drive from Laval(Montreal), 20 minutes from North ski slopes of Mont-Tremblant and 30 minutes from South ski slopes and village. 40 minutes to night ski at St Sauveur.
A trampoline, two canoes, as well as 4 adult life jackets are provided for free use from May 15 till Oct 15th.

** No pets are allowed
**Parties OR events not allowed
**Please note that no outside noise is allowed between 10 PM to 7 AM
**We do not allow outside music at any time
**No fireworks are allowed at any time
**No weapons, no archery practice, no drones to be used on our property
** No smoking inside the house (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.) There is 500 dollars fee for braking this rule.
**We have fragrance free zone. Please do not use any scented candles or incense sticks, etc
The SPA treatment is done before each group arrival. An additional charge of 85 dollars will be added in case an extra hot tub service is required.
Guest access
Entire property is available for guest use
For each group intended to make a reservation please provide details of your group including age of travelers, number of couples, singles and kids as well as the exact number of guests.
Please note that our cottage is located in a very quiet and peaceful place.
The municipality has very strict excessive noise rules and associated charges.
Excessive outside noise absolutely prohibited between 10 PM to 7 AM.
Outside music is prohibited at any time.
Parties or events not allowed
Please note that water source in the house is the well.
Other things to note
The cottage can accommodate up to 26 people. However we have extra charge of 75 dollars per person per night for the groups over 14 people.

* We have a smoke and pet free chalet. Smoking cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, vapes or even using incentive sticks ( anything which produces strong smell) is prohibited in the house for hygienic reasons. In case the smoke damage is reported by the property manager after your group departure, there could be an additional charge of $500 for extra cleaning.

Summary: We rented the place for our annual Family Christmas-Palooza and it was just perfect. We had 23 people around the tree on Christmas morning, and the space was ideal for it. Large dining area, great open main room, lots of seating. The beds were comfortable, the space was warm, and the kitchen well stocked with all the things needed to serve a large group. The house is older and so some things might feel a little dated (historic I think), but that is all part of the charm of it. The owners set up a Christmas tree for us and were very responsive when we were a little confused about the checkin process for the guest house. The lake views out of the living room windows were pristine and I would bet this place is fantastic during the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: The property is beautiful, even in winter. Big windows that look out across the lake. Functional kitchen and hot tub. Comfortable temperature control. Bring your toboggans if you're brave, there's a great hill in the woods across the pond. In particular, I want to thank the host who answered a whole bunch of our pre-arrival questions with great patience. Thank you!

Summary: We had a wonderful time despite the lack of snow. The area has great hiking trails nearby, a hike around the lake, a dog sled breeding place and is close to Mont-Tremblant

Summary: The property is obviously a little dated, but that's the unique rustic character and homey feel we wanted. Such a beautiful location in a quiet peaceful area. We were able to access 4 different ski hills within 30 minutes drive. We had a large group with 5 partial families. The layout worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The guest house does look like much from the outside, but it was surprisingly nice inside. Fully appointed and more of that great rustic character. The property was clean with snow cleared. The property manager was nice and quick to respond. We ordered wood and it was ready when we got there. Thank you for the memorable trip, all families had a great time.

Summary: Huge, could easily sleep 20+, very clean, we were loud the whole time and nobody complained once. Lots of nice amenities, big kitchen. Guest house was really helpful. Id book this place again for a weekend party

Summary: The property was clean. Check-in/out process was extremely simple. We arrived at the property and we have enjoyed every single moment of our 5 days in there. The pool table and the trampoline were absolute hits. The dock was great for fishing. not so much for swimming. We got a big kiddie pool that we used for our kids to enjoy some water time. there is enough space to run your games. We set up our volleyball net from day one and still had so much room for other outdoor activities.
