Positive: The Chalet Marmotta houses four apartments, and we stayed on the top floor. With three suites, our apartment was very well-equipped and offered a breathtaking view. Every detail is carefully thought out. With an elevator, spa, and ski room, the amenities go far beyond the space reserved for us! We had an incredible week and will be back in 2026!

Positive: Great host communication. Perfect location for skiing and for access to the town in the evenings. Cleaned daily, breakfast and afternoon snacks. Would certainly rent again in the future. Perfect for groups looking to make the most of St Anton.

Positive: Absolutely perfect - We stayed at the 4 rooms apartment. The location is great - the ski room is 20 steps from the slope. both gondola are about 100 meter walk away, great view both to the mountain and the town. We had a rental car we did not need to use at all and could leave it in the garage. The apartment is brand new, clean and comfortable. There is a fire place in the main leaving room. The breakfast was brought to us each morning and it was a great and full breakfast. There are great facilities for cooking although we did not use it at all. The Sauna area is really nice and since it is only for the 3 apartments it was practically a private facility.
Summary: Best Apartment hotel we ever stayed at!!!

Negative: I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff, the place, the location.. Everything was really amazing and so much better than expected!

Positive: It was a great location to both the slopes and town. It was so wonderful to have breakfast every day in the unit brought to us by a lovely team of people. The house was brand new and had such a well stocked kitchen. The saunas in the basement were wonderful. The whole building was done with perfection and the hosts were so helpful and extremely pleasant. We hope to return to this location.
