Positive: It was a wonderful stay in Chalet Rosanna The location was really great, 1 min the main street and the shops, 5 min to the ski lift. The hotel is very clean and cozy with a wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxing at every step, starting from the entrance. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and friendly, at the first request rushing to help and doing everything very quickly. The room was cleaned every day at a convenient time for me. My stay at Chalet Rosanna was unforgettable! I will definitely come back!

Positive: Ulrike is the sweetest, most attentive host one can imagine! We felt so welcome. You would want to pick up this hotel and take it along to every trip in other ski resorts 😊 Very nice breakfast every morning, all with fresh regional products. Ski passes and lockers were all arranged in advance for us. We highly recommend it!

Positive: The hostess was incredible. Very thoughtful, very conversational, extremely friendly and welcoming. Fresh breakfast every morning was delicious. The ski locker is at the base of the mountain, and the location is perfect.
