Positive: I have nothing but amazing things to say about this chalet. I stayed here for a total of five nights, and I loved everything about this place. First, the location is amazing. You are close to Lake Brienz, super close to the train station, and just a few minutes from Interlaken, where you can get groceries and transfers to other parts of the country. The chalet was clean, and the space was tastefully decorated. The shower pressure was great, and the bathroom was very tidy and clean. The host greeted me and my family with kindness and excitement, handed over the keys, showed us the laundry room, outdoor seating, and all the necessary information for the chalet. He also had some groceries prepared for us and guest passes for transportation. Stefano was incredible, super attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process, before the stay and during it. What you see in the photos is exactly what you are going to get. The balcony view of the lake is indeed exactly like the photos, if not even more magical and better in person. I would totally stay here again, and for anyone I know traveling to Switzerland, I will always recommend this chalet. THANK YOU!!!

Positive: Lovely warm welcome from Stefano. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Enjoyed eating in the beautiful garden, which really made the place feel much more spacious. Very effective blinds and fans kept inside temperature good.
