Positive: We stayed at Chambre D'Hôtes le Phenix on route to the Euro tunnel. The car was fully loaded with two expensive bikes on a rear carrier. So we were grateful for the secure, covered parking area. Our room was spacious comfortable and spotless clean. We also really enjoyed a beautiful evening meal and the incredible service provided by Alberto and Simona. This is an excellent Chambre D'Hotes of the highest standard.

Positive: We had an outstanding stay with Simona and Alberto. They were extremely accomodating and helpful in the leadup to our arrival. The house is beautiful and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was outstanding, and they creatina a warming atmosphere with the other guests. It felt like being home away from home. Thank you

Positive: A lovely house and garden which has plenty of space to relax in. The hosts are, very welcoming and thoughtful, they made every effort to make us feel welcome. Super clean rooms, lovely welcome baskets on arrival including baby wipes and talcum powder for our toddler. Great value for money!
Negative: We came with our 1 1/2 year old who woke up in the middle of the night and we didn't have access to his milk in the fridge as it was all locked, perhaps a small upstairs fridge and possibly small private television may have been even better but for the price it really is fabulous and we had lovely stay.
Summary: Great value B & B with hosts that go above and beyond.

Positive: Warm, welcoming hosts who made us very at home in their beautiful and comfortable home. Great breakfast with even my dietary needs (gluten free) met without fuss (with prior warning of course). Coffee and tea available in the guest's sitting room on landing outside our room. Easy to find only a few minutes drive from the centre of Rouen.
Negative: Lighting was quite subdued in the bedroom which gave relaxing ambience but was difficult to do my sewing by!!
