Summary: Good location, tasty breakfast, comfy beds, various complimentary drinks and sweets. The hotel knows how to make customers happy. My only complain is about the hairs and dusts under the carpet and sofa.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for just under a week. The location is quite good, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We also received some port wine and sweets upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, based on a menu and made to order, and the quality was very high. However, something that felt a bit strange to us was the reaction we received at the reception. We are two best friends traveling together, and since we’re close and only planned to sleep at the hotel while spending most of our time exploring the city, we booked one room. Still, we got a few odd looks. The staff asked multiple times whether we had booked one or two rooms, and what kind of bed we had. When we confirmed that we had only one room, we received more puzzled glances, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, after spending some time in Beijing, we realized that you can get much better hotels at a lower price, so the value for money here might not be the best. So yes, our overall experience was a bit mixed.

Summary: Hip hotel, great a la Carte and buffet breakfast. Very hygienic set up with the buffet with the yogurt in small bowls with lid in mini fridge. Rooms clean and spacious enough for in room dinning. Free mini bar and snacks. If have to mention anything negative no in door pool, the beds are softer than I would like and I would ask for other pillows next time but would stay here again.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Chao Beijing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were lovely, playing live music in the evenings. All the facilities were great, and the hotel very clean and well kept. Location was also great, with everything needed close by! We will be returning in the future, thank you to all the staff at Chao! :)

Summary: it was a nice experience staying at this hotel in this vibrant area in beijing. it is just next to taikoo li sanlitun. the staff are very nice and helpful, trying to address our needs. it is unfortunate that when i was in beijing, a no. of tourist attractions were closed due to the extreme weather - huge wind, otherwise my trip would be perfect. i highly recommend this hotel to other tourists.
