Summary: This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future.

Summary: Nice hotel. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. Only negative it was not cool enough in the room. Thermostat set at 23-25 Celsius.

Summary: The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic in resolving customer issues. From this hotel's location, it's convenient to travel to the Lama Temple and the Sanlitun area, which are not far away.
