Summary: This is a lovely little apartment, recently updated it seems. Very very close to an excellent gelateria and the University for Foreigners and also close to the Duomo and Corso Vanucci. It was very comfortable and pleasant. The owners were very responsive, responding to a couple of minor requests very quickly. I recommend it.

Summary: This small but charming and comfortable flat is a few yards away from the University for Foreigners, bars, restaurants and shops. We felt at home there and loved Perugia, which is a vibrant city, full of students as well as history.

Summary: Perfect for a short visit to Perugia old town and eating out while you're there. Very thoughtfully equipped and homely. On our stay, something went wrong with the flat and the host did her best to sort it out and keep us informed

Summary: We love Perugia and this place is centrally located close to town, incredible sights, chocolate, dining, art, bus stations, and shops. This kitchen was adorable and fully equip with everything you needed, we cooked often. Just take a week and enjoy Perugia, this is where you go to recharge, reconnect and celebrate life. The people are incredible. Consider the chocolate festival (Oct), Umbrian Jazz (July), the gelato, the Deruta pottery. This is truly one of our favorite places in the world.

Summary: Barbara's apartment was comfortable and a very convenient location. We did not use the little kitchen, but it was handy and available. The apartment was quiet as well. A few doors down is a good restaurant run by American ex-pats -- would definitely recommend. Barbara was responsive to our inquiries.

Summary: Barbara's apartment is very comfortable (I lived in it alone, but the bedroom has a huge matrimonial bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room). It is a hundred meters away from the Arco Etrusco, and, maybe even more important for many, from the Perugia University for Foreigners, popular destination for many people learning Italian all over the world. It was a privilege to leave from home 10 minutes before the lessons began. It contains everything you can wish for even for a 2-weeks stay. The bathroom, although small, offers a nice shower and even a bidet. The kitchenette is cleverly hidden in a cupboard, it is also perfectly enough for a solo traveller or a couple, a dishwasher sink, a small gas cooker and a tiny refrigerator are very much at hand. You can begin well the day thanks to the little mokka coffee maker and the ground coffee in the cupboard. The small tv set with plenty of channels completes the linguistic immersion in Italian. For those not travelling for studies, it is enough to say that the very centre of historic Perugia is at a 10 minutes walk. I do recommend it, I loved to be there. Thank you Barbara

Summary: My husband and I spent a month here while we took an Italian language course at the university. It became our home and we loved it. It is lovely, little, but well appointed. The is no oven, but there is a microwave and good pots to cook lots of pasta! There are windows and nice light and fresh air which is important to us. We were a stones throw away from the university and a short walk (up! Perugia is built on a hill remember!) to the square and all the action. It is a college town so there is noise at night. We got used to it. Barbara is a lovely person and easy to work with.
