Positive: In a lovely Roman village great for Hadrians wall the Pennine way beaches & castles light great for all our hiking and well appointed cottage close to a fabulous bakery and shops Well equipped with everything Our host phoned prior and we had a lovely welcome from Richard would definitely recommend Great to have the parking permit

Positive: We loved our stay in Chareside Cottage, it's so comfortable, we especially loved the views from the master bedroom balcony and the location in the heart of the village, with easy access to pubs, shops and the best bakery I've seen outside of France at the end of the street. Special thanks to James, the cottage owner, who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We absolutely loved Corbridge and the surrounding area and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back.

Positive: The location was excellent, the village is lovely with good places to eat. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well appointed with a wonderful view to the river in the kitchen. A perfect place to explore the surrounding sites.

Positive: The cottage was in the lovely village of Corbridge. The cottage was very well equipped. It had a lovely bright kitchen, cosy lounge and separate dining room. Upstairs were 2 double bedrooms, plenty of storage and a very large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The linen on the beds was top quality.
Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike.
Summary: Great stay in a lovely cottage with plenty of things to see and do. Very friendly village.

Positive: very clean, well looked after, nicely furnished, cosy, balcony and location
Negative: Nothing. Perhaps the seating in the living room could be a bit more comfortable-the sofa is quite small -or perhaps another armchair would be good. A 4 slice toaster would be a good addition to the kitchen.
Summary: A great holiday cottage in a beautiful part of the country!
