The roomy family area is open and light with glass doors that open fully bringing the outdoors in. Modern fully equiped kitchen.Large leather lounge. Dining table and chairs. The comfortable lounge has a Plasma TV and DVD player. Air-conditioning and heating is available. Back garden area has outdoor setting with umbrella and gas BBQ. Garage not available but parking on property available.
Ideal Location and less than 15 minutes drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour, Perth's spectacular beaches, Joondalup Golf and Country Club, and Whitfords and Joondalup Shopping Centres which both include cinemas and many cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance, the local shopping centre has a supermarket, 2 restaurants and more. Walk to the bus stop. Freeway only minutes away by car. Regular trains run into the CBD. A 20 minute drive takes you to the attractions at Mindarie Marina and the Swan Valley is just over half an hour by car where you can visit many award winning wineries, play golf at The Vines, visit the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, or sample beer from one of the boutique breweries.
Deposit of 50% due at time of booking. Balance plus $500 refundable security bond due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
