Positive: Charlottetown House is a beautiful, immaculately maintained property. Our room was one of three guest rooms and was spacious with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner asnd soap. Parking is available at no cost onsite which is a huge plus in Niagara on the Lake. The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is walking distance from Queen Street in the center of town, yet it is in a quiet residential neighborhood. I’ve been to NOTL many times and this is the best accommodation option I have found.

Positive: Excellent location (15 minute walk from center of town). Quiet neighborhood, safe off-street parking, clean, up-to-date and comfortable facility. Very nice innkeepers

Positive: Really loved the warm welcome and accommodation. It was in a great location, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds big and comfortable. Although no official breakfast, there were plenty of things left in the main area for us to eat and drink. Thank you too for the dinner suggestions. We would definitely stay again and hope we can return next time we visit Canada. Thank you for a great stay.
Negative: Sadly we only stayed one day, and there was nothing that we would have changed except for the time spent. Would love to have stayed longer if we weren’t just passing through.

Positive: Excellent location. The host are super nice and friendly. They had a little breakfast and a fridge with water, juice, Diet Coke and other drinks you could access anytime. Private rooms very clean, shower excellent water pressure and hot.
