Negative: No reception or point of contact at arrival. Acces to the facility is obtained after an acces code is sent by SMS. Because I made a mistake in my phone number at reservation I had not received this code. After contact with the host this was taken care of eventually.

Positive: The village was beautiful and the apartment was old but so well laid out. It was extremely quiet. Parking was secure behind a security gate. The hosts sent explicit,easy to follow directions of how to find, then access the property. Bed was very comfy. Shower was huge. Lovely place.

Positive: The location was great, the house was very comfortable and communication from the owner was very good and responsive.
Negative: The bedroom wasn't a bedroom, it was just a cordoned off area of the room and if you were going to stay there for a few days I don't think it would have worked very well. Also

Positive: Everything is pretty nice about the property! Comfortable, quiet, nobody bothers you. All the appliances work properly. You can park even a big van inside the property. Very convenient stay.
Negative: Check-out at 10:00 with an absolute necessity to properly clean the apartment after yourself doesn't really associate with a holiday mood and the costs of €100-111. Everything else was great!

Positive: Host was very attentive - we had bad phone reception when we arrived and couldn't get the code for the keybox. She drove by to make sure we got in just as we finally got the info from the internet. Next time I will download the entry instructions before we arrive at the small town. Many great local wineries and one absolutely great restaurant. Shower worked really well, especially by French farm house standards ;-) Gated private parking next to the house. Cute goats and chickens.
Negative: Futon in the loft is best for young people, but the three other beds were fine.
