Positive: It was convenient to be near the train station. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
Negative: There was no AC or laundry as advertised and the shower was wonky. A lot of noise from the house across the street while we were there.
Summary: The house met our needs but could have been better.

Positive: The villa was so nice and comfortable, and Marc and Sarah are so helpful and friendly. The villa is close to the train station, and many amenities and shops are located on both sides of the property. This is a family trip to Paris; everyone loves this apartment and feels at home. I recommend this apartment for your trip to France. 25 mins to CDG Airport. The prooerty was fully equipped.
Negative: Nothing. Everything is excellent.
