Summary: Communication with property manager was quick and efficient. Noise level was elevated due to thin walls and number of people in the house including a tenant. Alarm clock in another part of the house sounded a number of times including at 4:30am and went off for an hour. This situation needs to be rectified. the house sounded

Summary: It was not actually a one-bedroom house, rather a separate room locked off from a larger house. The parking, while there was plenty available, was on the street (in a nice, quiet neighborhood). While the room itself was very clean and pretty, there was such a strong smell of cleaning products that I was unable to stay there due to being sensitive to fragrances. I was also concerned about the noise level, as I could hear the TV from the room above.

Summary: The property is super clean, nice and accessible. I've stayed at many different hotels around the world and this listing is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat is very professionally done. Julie even have a ironing board provided, so if you're going somewhere important, it's super convenient.

Summary: The property is great! It's close to the expressway, shopping, restaurants, a movietheater and parking is just outside the door! The neighborhood is great. It's quiet and I felt safe. Ms. Julie is a great host. She was nice, pleasant, accommodating and provided everything you would need for your stay.
