The back porch/patio with fire pit and grills is a favorite spot. The cottage is Just 5 to 7 minutes to the beach of Sullivans Island, the Isle of Palms, waterfront Shem Creek, and just 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Walk, Bike or take the golf cart through the lovely streets to Alhambra Halls harbor view park, to the Pitt St bridge/pier for an amazing sunset, and then conveniently cart to dinner at Nicos, Post House, Arts, The Shelter, or on Shem Creek to The Wreck, Saltwater Cowboys, Reds, Tavern and Table, The Crab House, or The Mill Street Tavern.

Summary: The owners are wonderful communicators. They sent helpful information ahead of time and were very responsive and accommodating. The house is so well stocked & it was very nice not to have to buy paper products, coffee or cleaning supplies. It truly felt like we were staying in a friend’s home, but it was not cluttered with personal items. Everything is well marked, clean and the location is great! Bikes, golf cart & fire pit make for a fun stay. Thank you Neely & Jennings!

Summary: The hosts thought of everything and provided so many home like amenities. In fact, it felt like home shortly after we walked in. I've never been greeted with a bottle of wine, cookies, several method to make coffee. All the things one might have forgotten provided in the baths, super comfy furnishings, great porch & patio, more. Book it for yourself & you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Great location - easy to get to just about everything. House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were quick to respond with a question. Thank you for sharing your home! The only recommendation I have is possibly about getting new beach chairs- one is not usable.

Summary: We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had the best vacation we have had in a long time. Cottage was immaculate the owners thought of everything! We will go back for sure!!

Summary: Everything about this property is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed this beautifully appointed home, from the moment we arrived. From the very well equipped kitchen, to the comfortable furnishings throughout The screened porch is a special spot where we enjoyed coffee each morning. The garden area is lovely as well, and we plan to enjoy the fire pit when we return in cooler weather! historic Old Town area is lovely, and the golf cart made it easy to see it all. This is truly an outstanding and we thank the owners for their hospitality.

Summary: Loved staying at this property! The backyard area is such a nice place to hang out and the toys and games kept my 3 year old happy the whole stay. The golf cart was great to zoom around and look at the gorgeous nearby neighborhoods and parks with the family. Neely and Jennings went above and beyond and were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The most organized hosts and home and the coffee bar was just the cherry on top! Will definitely stay here again!!
