Summary: We were extremely impressed with this home. My husband kept saying it was the one thing we planned right for this trip and it is choosing to book this home. We travelled with our twin 5 year old daughters, this home was extremely clean and extremely spacious for our family. The temperature control was perfect! We spent 3 nights here and every night I literally had the best sleep I have ever had. The beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. At first I was skeptical about the street parking but there were zero issues. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding in Dayton - however the house was so perfect and so reasonable for the cost that we are thinking of staying again but planning an actual vacation around it. The property owners - best we have ever worked with. They are very responsive and did not make us wait until last minute to provide a property address. Even though we brought our own paper towels and toilet paper - everything was well stocked for our use that we barely had to use what we took with us. Our children were bummed when we were leaving. They said they will miss this home very much. Thank you John and Julia for providing such an awesome home for families to stay in. I cannot provide enough positive feedback for your very well kept piece of property. Lots of character in this home and definitely makes us want to stay again.

Summary: My fiance and I stayed here while visiting his parents. The property owners are amazing and very gracious. I made a mistake during the booking process and they helped me fix it. The whole process was very easy and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you're considering it.
