Summary: I loved staying at this apartment. The location was amazing for where I needed to be. It was a cozy set up and easy on off access to the highway. Outside space was perfect as my dog was with me for the stay. I’ve already booked for 2 other times I have to be in the area. Thank you to the host for promptly answering my messages.

Summary: We stayed here for two weeks while visiting family in Ann Arbor, and the place definitely exceeded our expectations! Our biggest consideration was finding somewhere that our dogs wouldn’t bother anyone nearby. They tend to bark when we first leave them (they’re hoping we might change our minds and come right back), so having a stand-alone place to rent was fantastic! The apartment was extremely clean, had everything you’d need (couch, tv, dining table, dishes, pots & pans), and even some nice-to-haves (we were extremely happy for the desk in the second bedroom, made it a lot easier having separate areas to work). One thing to note, this is an upstairs garage apartment, so if mobility is an issue this could be a problem. The yard was a good size, and pretty well secure. Our dogs are only 10 pounds and like to be escape artists, so there were a couple places we needed to stick a paver in front of to make sure they couldn’t slip out even with us standing there. There were multiple lawn chairs and even a fire pit for spending some time outdoors. It’s only a short drive to get to downtown Ann Arbor (12 minutes), and even shorter to get to the lake (3 minutes). Although there’s not a lot extremely close to the place, it’s just a short drive to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping areas. Communication with Liz was extremely easy, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We had a great stay, and will definitely consider this rental again in the future!

Summary: My stay was great. Everything was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. It was perfect for my overnight stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying solo or with one or two others.
