Summary: I think that the ramp covering the steps should be removed, it gives as you walk on it. The fact that the door has no way to lock it when you leave seemed odd to me. I guess the thinking is that with the garage door shut no one could get in and I guess that is true. It just felt odd. The place was clean and comfortable.

Summary: This space is accessed through the owner’s garage. It is technically a private space, though in what used to be a doorway connecting to the house, there is a makeshift “wall” made of sound proofing tiles. It does not sound proof. Pros: The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were amenities like an air purifier, large TV, fan options, cooking appliances, and our host was prompt with communication. Cons: Noise from host’s adjoining space. We also dealt with noise and commotion from a construction project in the backyard. Also, it’s just very small. Overall, we would choose a different option for the amount paid, but it was ok for 1 night, and the host was great.

Summary: The bed was super comfy and Sam put a lot of thought and care into stocking the space to meet all the needs for my trip. Even without a full kitchen, I was easily able to prepare simple healthy meals for myself. Check in was a breeze and Sam was very responsive to communication. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: This property was so clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The owners were so helpful and respectful of our privacy. I would highly recommend staying here if in the yipsalanti area, it was so close to Ann Arbor and all of the places we needed to go to.

Summary: The host has put a lot of thought and effort into making the suite comfortable. The furnishings are beautiful, updated, and functional.There's a fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, toaster oven, and dishes/cutlery, so I was able to store and reheat the prepared meals I'd packed. While the suite is attached to the main house, the host has made every effort to make it private, including putting dividers in the garage to form a walkway to the suite's entrance. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely book again when I'm in the area.
