Summary: The apartment itself is fine but the management company did not have it ready for guests for our stay. The WiFi did not work, there weren’t enough pillows for all the beds, not a single garbage can or bag in the whole place, a single toilet paper roll for 5 people, no kitchen table to eat at. I could go on. John with the management company told us people would come to fix the WiFi and give us pillows but that never happened. He said we would be reimbursed for the WiFi but I have reached out since and no response. Just disappointing because the actual apartment is nice.
