Experience Boston from the unique perspective of your own floating home! Nestled in a protected marina in Boston Harbor, our houseboat is fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home!
The boat is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter. The covered front deck has a table and chairs and the sundeck above has outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi is included in your rental. We are located in the Charlestown Marina.
Accessible via water taxi, car, or taxi. Walk to the USS Constitution, Bunker Hill , TD Garden and the North End. MBTA water shuttle is a short walk. UBER readily available. Parking is available but must be reserved ahead or spaces can be full.
Located in a very secure and gated marina, our houseboat is just minutes away from downtown Bostons' most popular attractions; Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market, the North End, the New England Aquarium, the Children's Museum and the Boston Convention Center. Our convenient location makes it easy for you reach points of interest.
Please note we charge a $59 damage waiver that covers you for accidental damage up to $1500. Homeaway calls this an administrative fee. Rates differ per season. Put your dates in for the accurate quote.
Travelling nurses please note. We rent our houseboats from November 1 to March 1 for $1500 per month plus electricity.

Summary: Very cute houseboat within walking distance of many historical sites. The marina is clean, quiet, and very secure. Communication regarding arrival and departure information was great! Coming off a cruise and the owner kindly allowed us to bring our bags early so we could walk around unencumbered. We were greeted by a very friendly person, Sherry, who gave us an orientation of the boat, marina, and surrounding area! Absolutely a repeat location!

Summary: Three generations of our family stayed in the pink pearl for three nights while visiting Boston. All of us loved the experience: the teens spent most their time hanging out in the loft, the grandparents appreciated the comfort of the bedroom, and the parents were fine on the sofa, bed and the living room. Sherry’s introduction Was thorough and highly useful – the location was perfect and since we are walkers, we walked the freedom trail and also over to the Museum. We walked home from dinner in the north end, and enjoyed the local restaurants and coffee shops as well. The views at night or simply lovely, and we enjoy the tranquility of Charlestown Marina after spending the busy day in Boston.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying on this charming houseboat! It is located in a gated marina and convenient to many attractions. The Navy Yard and the USS Constitution are an easy walk away, and you can easily take the ferry to Long Wharf to see the aquarium or go whale watching. I highly recommend the what watching trip out of Long Wharf as it is the only whale watching trip I have taken where I actually saw a whale, and not just one, but three! I loved the way the gentle motion of the boat rocked me to sleep at night. With a loft and two-deck porch/balcony, there was a surprising amount of space. Our dog was a little uncertain about hopping on the boat the first time, but he soon got to like it too.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Lots to see within walking distance and some great spots to eat nearby. Houseboat was clean and we loved being able to sit on the decks with morning coffee and plan our day ahead. Highly recommend!
