Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75/hour late, including partial hours.*Guests are expected to reasonably clean up after themselves, including picking up trash, doing the dishes,taking out the trash, and hanging up towels. Leaving furniture and other objects inside the property arranged how they were found. *.Guests may not tamper with or disable any communication devices including Wi-Fi and security cameras. *No parties. *Sensitive septic system *nothing but toilet paper down the toilet! If a plumber is called a $250 charge will be added to your stay. *Gardening, mowing, weed eating, watering flowers will be done weekly and will let guests know ahead of time. *Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages to the property during their stay. General damage is $100 unless damage cost exceeds $100. The key to avoiding misunderstandings and potential conflict is good communication! If a tenant goes silent or ignores communication from the host, the reservation may be terminated without refund!
