This clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath house boasts a great stay in the Geneva area. Inviting space with open floor plan on unique private, park-like setting. Vaulted Ceilings with skylights and plenty of windows to enjoy the outdoor views, plus an enclosed 3-season front porch. Experience what Geneva has to offer. Close to wineries, Geneva State Park, marina, beach, covered bridges, GOTL, Spire Institute, bike trail, and more. We cater to families, friends, and individuals looking for a quiet getaway.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds. There is an inflatable twin mattress that can be used as an additional bed in either the primary bedroom or the living room. We can accommodate parking for a vehicle with a small boat trailer, travel trailer, or RV (no connections available).
We are close to many of the areas unique and beautiful wineries, over a dozen covered bridges including one of the largest and shortest bridges in the country, the Western Reserve Greenway trail featuring over 30 miles of paved trail for long walks, runs, or bike rides. We are also close to Geneva On The Lake (GOTL) and Geneva state park with many activities for adults and children including a beach, marina, Adventure Zone, and all of the activities that GOTL has to offer. Several fishing charters utilize the Geneva marina for fishing trips on Lake Erie.

Summary: I had a great stay. The house was very clean and just as advertised. The outside property had very cozy places to relax such as the pond deck, the patio to drink coffee on and the outside seating. There were a lot of fun things to do very close by. I look forward to staying there again. I certainly recommend it!
