Our house is professionally cleaned and sanitized thoroughly with CDC-approved cleaning products. All the liens and towel are carefully washed.
Please note: No street parking on Mondays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM due to city street sweeping enforcement.

Summary: My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. Rico was very communicative. The house was very clean (not a bug in sight as another review has said). There was plenty of space. Everything was in good condition, and there were even little extras. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested.

Summary: The only reason I gave an over all rating of 2 was because of bed bugs on property. But the house was extremely clean and the owner. But when you have to deal with bed bugs on or in a very clean house it will destroy your experience on wanting to stay there or recommend anyone else to stay there. So please be careful at this property I’ll never come back to the property!

Summary: This was a great place to stay. It was clean and spacious just as advertised. The location was in a great neighborhood. Rico was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us after there was an earthquake. When I needed an extra night, he was more than accomodating. Great host!
