Positive: The location was awesome, extremely quiet and pretty central to everything. We even took a scooter ride to Old Town. The place is decorated cute.
Negative: Parking was a little rough but there are worse things.

Positive: The house is clean and got everything you need, I mean everything! Bed was comfortable, loved the kitchen area, living room, overall it was a great stay.
Negative: soundproofing is not the best. Not a big deal it’s overall a quite area.

Positive: I loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Also, the check in process was so very easy and the instructions for closing out were reasonable, simple, and detailed. Parking was a breeze, the location was central but quiet. Also, all of the necessary things were provided. There was coffee, a few snacks, a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne, a brita water filter, and bathroom supplies like shampoo and conditioner. Towels were good quality and easy to find. Plus there's a washer/dryer which is great!
Negative: There was a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, but it was not problematic and it dissipated after the first day. I, personally, did not like the clawfoot bathtub/shower situation but that's a personal preference. It was clean and did the job!

Positive: It had lots of room for 2 people and had every supply you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable.
Negative: There is a smell to the place that was pretty strong. For 2 women traveling it wasn’t the safest at night. 2 blocks from homeless camp, couldn’t walk anywhere at night. Downstairs neighbors were loud at times and dog barked a lot.
Summary: Felt safe and comfortable inside, distance to everything was convenient.
