Positive: There is a ton of space, it looks just like the pictures and the house has basically everything you would need during your trip, even individually wrapped toothbrushes with mini tooth paste! The house has a security system including an alarm and metal security doors. This provided an additional sense of protection. the beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. I did not see any bugs as other reviews mentioned. I had no concerns with the cleanliness at all.
Negative: The location is pretty sketchy. There was a lot of graffiti around the area and the closest gas station had graffiti on the pump that *looked like* it could've been gang related, but I'm not 100%. There are a lot of homeless in the immediate vicinity. That being said, I did not have any issues during my stay. The home is also located on the corner of a business street. The master bedroom especially (as I was sleeping there) had a lot of noise, but it did quiet down by the time I went to sleep. It did not wake me up. My girls slept in the room with the 2 beds. One of my girls also mentioned it being noisy, but they put on some music and slept fine. There is a lot of traffic noise and sirens, most noticeable between 5pm and 9pm (for me). Would I rent this house again given these things? Absolutely.

Positive: We liked that it was a great location with quick access to the highways. There was a sense of security at the property with lights, cameras multiple locks on the doors and an alarm system. There were also games that were provided which was fun! It basically had everything you needed for a quick stay in Houston at a great price. It helps that Pam was very kind and responsive.
Negative: We didn’t like that there was a lot of bugs (gnats, spiders, and water bugs) both dead and alive within the house. There was also the issue of dust within the rooms and hair in the restrooms. The master bedroom mattress also sunk in the middle.
Summary: Overall good quick stay at a great price!
