Positive: Spacious and comfortable for family of 4 which includes 2 children of 17 and 21. Location very good, walkable to capital hill area and union station but also so easy getting Uber if you're not mobile , or too hot

Positive: Wonderful location & great home! Just great location & close to really nice restaurants, monuments, etc. At the end of each day I looked forward to returning to our place. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Home was comfortably appointed & beds were all great! The basement level was great for our teenage daughter & a friend. They had a tv, queen bed & twin bed & were set. My 17 yr old stepson stayed upstairs in 1 of 3 bedrooms, which also had a queen bed. Our bedroom also had a queen bed, which was very comfortable, & a huge tv so there are 3 tv’s in the home & there are 2 bathrooms. Nice front & back porches & great neighborhood for dog walking. Whole Foods in walking distance. No problem with parking. We often feel cramped when traveling but this place had more than enough room & even had a bedroom we didn’t use. If I ever were to move to DC I would be tickled to live in this home. It was very nice overall! And Tahmeed was available for anything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Positive: Lots of room; beds were comfortable Plenty of kitchenware Washer / dryer Grocery store and a few restaurants near by Close to union Station via bus and streetcar Property mgr/owner was quick to answer questions via email. And responsive to a small issue we encountered
Negative: Bedrooms are on the upper and Lower levels and Only accessible By stairs. Not ideal for older guests No bathroom on the main floor
Summary: All in all we had a great stay and had fun taking the streetcar to Union station

Positive: Breakfast was provided and there was a lot to share, we did buy our own to add to the cereals provided. Such as eggs and milk, bread and bacon. But there is enough provided to start your day. The kitchen and house is wonderful and has everything a guest would need for their stay. Lots of shops in walking distance nearby too! Great hosts - responded quickly to concerns or help if required.
Negative: I didn't like the basement area much. But it was roomy and allowed additional space for guests which most homes didn't have. I preferred the upstairs rooms which were very homely. Saying that, the beds were all comfortable and all the sheets and towels were clean and fresh.

Positive: We were a group of 9 adults who were in town for embassy tours, brunch, and the zoo, and this place was perfect for our group. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and well-located with stores and restaurants nearby. Street parking was easy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hosts were very kind and responsive - I believe they will be doing some little updates soon. I would stay here again.

Positive: The location was fine for sightseeing, the house was spacious enough, very clean, and had most of what we needed for meals. The beds are also very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would use this house again if I have the opportunity to visit Washington DC.
Negative: Nothing in particular. It's the best value for money, so I can't ask for more.

Positive: My family of 7 stayed here for a week, and this house was perfect for our needs! Everyone had a bed, but there are sofas and air mattresses, if needed. Located close to bus and street car stops, and about a mile walk to the red line for the metro. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and enough pots and pans for us to cook for the week. There’s a washer and dryer, which was nice to have. We had everything we needed, and the hosts are excellent and quick communicators. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
