The "Casa Amabile" is a successful example of how to preserve the charm of a house from 1870 and at the same time make it modern. By dividing the living space of approx. 110 m² on 3 levels, the house offers enough space for each individual to find a retreat for themselves. The house is separated only by the small one-way street of approximately 10 000 m² enclosed park land with its old trees, the fish pond, the terrace and the pool area (the property is maintained twice a week by a gardener). In the upper part of the park is a 50 m² large gekieste terrace with benches, tables and a barbecue. In the middle part is the fish pond and in the lower part of the pool area (pool approx. 9 m x 4 m, weather permitting from approx. Mid-April to approx. End of October). The small kitchen offers the possibility to prepare food and drinks and to enjoy them directly at the pool. An outdoor shower, a dressing room and a toilet complete the comfort. Both from the park and from the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. In about 700 m distance you reach an idyllic outdoor pool, a mini golf course with restaurant, shopping in the village, a pond with fishing opportunities, public tennis courts and the small church of San Martino with its picturesque old cemetery. The golfers among you can enjoy the 4 km higher course in Premeno, and the hikers have access to the Val Grande, where there is a wide network of well-developed paths where you can explore the beautiful area on foot , The town of Intra with its restaurants and shops, its public beach and the beautiful lakeside promenade can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. You can park your car either near the pool area within the enclosed property or in the public car parks at a distance of approx. 30 m. For loading and unloading, you can drive up to the front door. Pets are not allowed. Attention: In the periods 13. 04. to 18. 05. 2019 and 17. 08. to 27. 10. 2019 the pool and the whole park is not available. Thus, the pool and the entire park in the period 18. 05. to 17. 08. 2019 is available. For this reason, the rental prices are greatly reduced in the weeks without pool and park. During these periods, you do not park your car within the enclosed property, but on the free public parking spaces in about 30 meters away.
