5 nice size bedrooms and 2 bath home. 6 bikes to use. Newly remodeled kitchen, huge dining area with a cozy living room. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a cute bunk room with 4 bean bags to hang out. Each room has a unique style. The house is located less than 5 blocks from Main St. with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and retail. It's all within walking distance or take one of the 6 bikes to town or to the river. Hiking and biking close by. Blue Mesa is 10 miles up the road. Crested Butte is 30 minutes up the road. If you don't want to drive, the free bus shuttle to and from Crested Butte is a few houses down. Great outdoor space that includes a gas grill. Crib in upstairs bedroom. Small travel crib for infants in the Master bedroom closet. 10 people max!

Summary: This is our 2nd year renting this home! We love it so much! The home offers all the amenities we need and then some! Kitchen is well stocked for all kinds of cooking. Living room is spacious and seats all the family comfortably. Bedrooms are perfect sizes. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is located steps from the free bus to Created Butte, so location is prime! Kris, the property manager is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We will be back next year!

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed two nights in Gunnison to see my brother, Wayne who lives at Gunnison Valley Health nursing home and his daughter who lives in Gunnison. The home was perfect and accommodated us well with our family in Gunnison. There were plenty of everything we needed except no coffee. Left a cork screw for future wine drinkers as well! Thank you for sharing your home!

Summary: Clean, comfortable, well equipped . . . perfect for our ski vacation to Crested Butte. Easy access to the road to the mountain and a wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing. We had everything we needed. Check in/check out process was so clear and simple. Thank you!

Summary: This property is great! It was exactly what we were looking for for our Thanksgiving get together with family! The kitchen was perfect for our cooking extravaganza, the living room was lovely and the size of the place could EASILY fit many more guests! We will be back!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family to be together! Location was great for walking around Gunnison. The open space of the house allowed us to enjoy different areas but still feeling we were together! I'll be back and rent it again for sure! Thank you Kris

Summary: We were surprised at the space and wonderful layout of the house. There was plenty of room to hang out in different areas including a wonderful porch. Great communication from the owner. We loved the house and the proximity to the downtown.

Summary: It had everything we needed! Plenty of space! Super clean. We weren’t ready for the heat in Gunny this year and no AC so make sure you pack your fans in a summer stay! So close to everything and we kept in contact with the owner who was so nice and quick to be responsive. We will be back again.

Summary: Home was very lovely and laid out nice for the one that wanted to sleep in or go to bead earlier. We did a lot of traveling to sight see around Colorado so it was centrally located. Main reason for visit was for the Crested Butte wild flowers festival but we missed 2 early super blooms because of the crazy weather this year. So, not as many flowers 😢. We did hike 2 days there and it was still beautiful! 30 minutes to CB. It was 2 1/2 hours to Silverton and we took the one way steam train to Durango with van ride back. It was 2 1/2 to the Sand Dunes which was fun and 3 1/2 hours to Glenwood Springs to do some class 3 white river rafting which was a lot of fun!! I would definitely recommend and stay again!!
