Summary: The Cozy Gunnison Home is a great, well-maintained property. It is close to retail and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The height of the bed in the master bedroom was a bit of a challenge for my 5' 2", 60 yr old frame. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: This property is well taken care of! Very clean! Great space to hangout and gather! Owner was very responcive to communicate. The only challenge we had was the parking. We had 4 vehicles, only two fit in the driveway, the other two were compacted into tight rock space next to / on the one lane street. We made it work, no neighbor complaints! Only mentioning this in case someone has more vehicles! Great property!!

Summary: Such a nice house for a large group. We loved the large, open kitchen, the mudroom area, the fans that kept all the rooms cool, the well stocked kitchen and new appliances and having 3 + bathrooms. The only drawback was limited parking for larger vehicles/boats although there were options on nearby roads.

Summary: This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again.
