Summary: Three of us stayed here for a month. It’s lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. We loved the patio area and the location. We would stay again.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we are a family of five with teenage children. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartment is as described. It's the ground floor apartment in an older building with many original features, such as the shutters, and lots of space. The garden was neat and tidy, with various seating options and a large parasol. Tram stops are less than 5 minutes walk away and the service is regular. Paid parking available on the surrounding streets (use the MaP app to pay). It was very hot when we stayed and we made good use of the fans in the house. One word of caution, if you have tender northern European skin, watch out for the mossies and other biting beasties in the garden - skin protection definitely needed. Thank you to Loeren and team for a comfortable stay.

Summary: The location was as described, close to tram and Comedie but had not been cleaned in some time. Dirty light switches, bathrooms, dust bunnies under the beds. Back yard was over run with weeds. Owner responded to our complaints 48 hours later, said she had left the property in the hands of a third party and had not been to the property since August 2021. Not sure how that becomes the renters issue!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. The backyard patio was a nice bonus and the location is close to the streetcar and a easy walk to the aqueduct. The apartment has many windows to let the sunlight in and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend this house!

Summary: If you are looking for something in Montpeliier, this is a great place. It's a short 5 min walk to the Tram line 3 which will get you anywhere you need. It's quiet and clean.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely apartment with our three children for a week and had a brilliant time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and interesting and about 15 minutes walk into town. Thanks very much for a great week

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious comfortable and close to not only Restaurants and Supermarkets but also places of interest to see. The Luxembourg Gardens were amazing and we loved exploring the area by foot. Our host was very helpful and checkin was very easy. Thanks for making our stay a memorial one. We could have stayed much longer - maybe next time.

Summary: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - everything we needed was there. It is a couple of minutes' walk to the nearest tram line, or about ten minutes to the edge of the historic centre of town. The leafy garden is a real treat with plenty of chairs and a table for outdoor entertaining, but it only has sun in the morning. Our one disappointment was that because the weather was so hot we were unable to use the little house in the garden as it overheated and was too humid for comfort.

Summary: My husband, my sister and I stayed 6 nights and found this quiet groundfloor apartment very convenient for exploring Montpellier and the surrounding area. The tram stop was 3 minutes walk at most and we used the tram regularly to get to the train station and to restaurants in the center of the city. The private patio was a nice surprise with a large umbrella and quite a few comfy seats. We appreciated the 4th ensuite bedroom in a small building off the patio, and the only concern was that, for security reasons, we needed to lock the main building doors at night. In an emergency the person using that 4th bedroom would have to go into the street and access the main building via the front entrance. Things which we really appreciated included the nice washer and dryer in their own room, the 3rd toilet and a large refrigerator and freezer. We found the people who check guests in/out to be very helpful and flexible, and definitely recommend this apartment to others.
