Summary: Great location- close to many public transportation options. Great dining is only steps away and there is even a farmers market directly out front 2x/ week. The apartment is clean and well equipped, making for a comfortable stay and the property managers are amazing hosts.

Summary: We were very happy with this lovely apartment; it was clean , functional and the mattresses were very good. The air condition was a real asset as it was still hot midSeptember. The location - very close to Gare Perrache- was handy and most attractions are within walking distance. Odile was prompt with the communication and met us personally at the apartment. She was helpful with all aspects of our inquiries and a genuinely lovely person. The apartment is on the sixth floor with a small elevator. The two single beds upstairs are accessible by a fairly steep wooden staircase/ ladder. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four( parents/ two teenagers) and I would happily stay there again. Merci , Odile!

Summary: Cute little place with all the amenities you need. Incredibly clean. A/C was very welcome when the temps topped 90. Easy to communicate with the owners. Wonderful location. This will always be our #1 apartment in Lyon, and we recommend it to everyone.

Summary: The owners were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful,whilst completely respecting our privacy (they live in the same building - ideal if you have a query). The air conditioned apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped, and has been cleverly designed to maximize light in the living area. The location on Place Carnot is pleasant and there are river walks nearby. Perrache Railway and Metro Stations are just across the Square, which is convenient if you want to travel further afield or to take a quick Metro ride to other parts of the city. A good local supermarket and boulangeries as well as other shops are also conveniently nearby. We found it an excellent, centrally located base for exploring the fascinating city of Lyon, and most certainly hope to return.

Summary: We had a delightful time in this well-situated apartment. It was easy to walk to everything, the kitchen made it easy to cook some of the great food from the farmers' market right across the street, and Odile was a very gracious and helpful hostess.

Summary: The apartment is on the top floor of a secure building facing Place Carnot in the Presqu’ile district of Lyon, so is actually more central to shopping, transport and museums than the Old Town on the western bank of the Saone. The apt is a very clever renovation of attic space, the second bedroom being a glassed-in mezzanine that preserves the ancient oak beams supporting the roof. The place is very well equipped and the friendly welcome and orientation information provided by Odile, the owner, were outstanding. Would certainly try to stay there again if we were going to Lyon.

Summary: This apartment has 3 things that greatly contribute to the comfort of one's summertime European vacation: convenient location, air conditioning, and a (granted tiny) lift. No complaints about our gracious hosts, and the proximity to Perrarche train station, the 10m walk from Place Bellecour, and 15m walk from Vieux Lyon all made this place an excellent choice.
