Welcome to our SurfshackPCB. Beautiful Oceanview condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people. Just steps from the ocean with a main level balcony to watch the ocean as the sun sets. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bath and private ocean facing balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed, built-in bunkbeds and private full bath as well. The main level bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom right next door. All bedrooms have smart tv's and local cable is provided. Free early check-in when available!

Sugar Beach is a fabulous family friendly low rise complex! Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Fully equipped kitchen and condo. Washer and dryer, iron and board, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, pickleball rackets, etc.
Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles and huge fish, bbq area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.
Walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, etc.
**Must be 21 to rent due to complex restrictions.
Please note: there is an additional $37.00 fee per parking space that needs to be paid prior to checking in to the H.O.A. for parking passes.

Summary: The condo was prefect for our group of 6. Plenty of space, conveniently located and a beautiful beach view. Trent was a great host! Very informative and made the check in and out process very easy. The property was peaceful and clean as well. I would definitely recommend this unit and this host.

Summary: Let me try to list the reasons to stay here... Gated community, awesome East end location close to everything, very clean, very well supplied from beach gear & towels to condiments/coffee/kitchen items, newer appliances, nicely decorated, on the beach, convenient pool, grounds well maintained, I could keep going. Most condos here do not have a beach/ocean view but this unit gives you just enough. The owner was super friendly and responded to our texted questions within minutes (we mistakenly messed up the TV). Comfy beds, kid friendly, and oh I almost forgot...pet friendly. We were able to bring our fur baby which is a huge plus! We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to the owner for a wonderful vacation and letting us enjoy your home.

Summary: The rooms were great! Loved the location and owners are wonderful with helping with anything we needed and gave us help on places to go eat that were close by. Beds were very comfortable and they had beach chairs and beach towels we could use that saved us from having to bring ours. I totally recommend and we will be coming back to stay there on the next PCB trip!

Summary: I think this was the best condo we have stayed in. And, we have been coming to PCB 12 yrs (or more). It was clean, comfortable w everything we needed. Did I mention a wonderful view of the ocean?!! The complex is very well kept; even with construction & Improvements going on. My favorite thing may be is that they allow our family pets too! That is very hard to find. Most pet friendly complexes are run down & are eye sores. Sugar Beach is the best we have found . And we would love it even if we could not bring our beloved pet. Stay here ! You will love it!!!
