This is a small cape cod home perfect for small families. We are located behind Grove City College and close to local restaurants and businesses.
The living room has a couch, chair and ottoman. There's also an easy-to use 43” Roku TV so you can login to your favorite streaming apps as well as fast Wi-Fi (161 Mbps). We also have a bookshelf filled with puzzles, games and books as well as a small selection of toys.
The dining room is set up with a 4-seater table as well as 2 bar stools. There may be a 3 in 1 high chair available upon request.
The kitchen has all the basics you need for cooking meals during your stay - we provide a complete set of dinnerware as well as a plastic kid’s dinnerware set. Along with all the basics we offer a KEURIG® K-Duo® Hot & Iced Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. Individual 12 cup coffee packs, coffee filters, k-cups, sugar, creamer, tea and honey sticks are offered. There is filtered drinking water at the sink.
Bedroom 1 has a queen nectar bed on an adjustable frame (usb port on bed frame). You can use the remote to adjust your head and feet or turn on massage setting. There is a small desk in the room (usb port in desk) with a swivel chair as well as a 32” Roku TV.
Bedroom 2 has a full size nectar bed and 32” Roku TV. There is also a full sized air mattress in the closet if needed. Extra blankets, hangers, and white sound machines are also available for both rooms to give you added comfort during your stay. The bedrooms are upstairs and baby gates are available upon request.
The bathroom has all the basics you’ll need: Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mat, toilet paper, tissue, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
You will have access to the laundry room in the basement with detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.
The back deck is equipped with a four seater table and chair set.
We have a Ring doorbell outside at the front door that remains on and will record video and audio only when motion is detected.

Summary: Cozy property near campus. Less traffic than the outlet area. We had a busy meeting schedule, so having something near by was perfect. This is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness and everything working. Recommend!

Summary: This home is clean and comfortable with plenty of thoughtful details like plenty of paper products; coffee, tea, and snack treats; plenty of towels; well- appointed kitchen including sharp knives and larger pots & pans (for those who like to cook full meals for family while away). Instructions for check-in and check-out were simple and clear. It is also super close to Grove City College, an easy walking distance. Truly a pleasure to stay here while visiting our college student. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing little getaway and visit with our granddaughter at college. Communications with the hosts were flawless, timely and thoughtful. The home was perfect, in our opinion, and we could have done so much more there, but we were on the go to local events and sightseeing in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend!!
