This 2 story carriage sits off the main street, allowing for a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. The upstairs has a full bathroom and a queen size bed. Guests over 6'5'' will notice the slanted ceiling upstairs (I'm 6'3'', and I fit fine) as they approach the bed.
Downstairs has a full kitchen, TV (Direct TV), washer/dryer, and a comfy sitting area.
You'll be located near some of Denver's best nightlife, with several bars/restaurants within a 10-minute walk. You're also within walking distance of downtown Denver, with endless entertainment options.
The backyard has a grill and table/chairs. The backyard is filled with wildflowers and tends to have an 'over-grown' keep that in mind before booking.

Summary: The location and neighborhood are great! The property itself could use some work. The landsvaping felt really neglected and gave off a haunted house vibe. The inside was decent, just needed to be cleaned better. The showerhead needs replacing still! and the overall shower/tub situation needs improvement. I really liked the layout of the house itself and the kitchen was great for some simple cooking!

Reviewer Comments: The Carriage House was super cozy, clean and located in a great neighborhood! The house is located behind the main house, but there is a gate dividing the two buildings so it felt very private. Unfortunately, the shower was very small and the shower head itself was not attached to the wall. The water pressure was also very low. Something you might want to look into. Other than that it was perfect!

Summary: We loved staying at the Carriage House. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It's also located in an awesome neighborhood close to restaurants and bars, and less than a 30 min walk to City Park. One drawback was that the shower was very small and the shower head was coming off the wall making it very unstable. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!
