Summary: We needed a place to stay for 2 nights for a wedding in a nearby town. We got a wonderful place, in a picturesque neighborhood. The accommodations were wonderful. We decided that it would be a nice place to stay whether you are here for a night, or staying the week. Check in/out was easy. The host was friendly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Summary: This lovely carriage house is located in the heart of Prospect, an eclectic neighborhood in south Longmont. The carriage house is well-appointed and furnished with everything we needed for our week's stay. Our host communicated everything we needed to know before and during our stay. There are 17 steps from the courtyard up to the entrance which was not a problem for us. A highlight was the neighborhood decorations for Halloween - The entire Prospect area participated. There are restaurants, bakery, and other retain establishments within walking distance. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boulder/Longmont area.

Summary: I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash bins. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it!

Summary: Background: 28 day stay by 2 active senior citizens. Location: Wonderful quiet and friendly neighborhood with so many options for dining and exercising. Convenience: Perfect home base for traveling the front range including Rocky Mountain NP, Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Ft Collins, Estes Park, Laramie, Cheyene and so many quaint little villages. Accommodations: Most hospitable hosts who quickly responded to all requests and went above and beyond to assure our comfort, We done 5 long term stays in 7 years. This stay is at the top of the list and would be the same even if it had only been a weekend in length.

Summary: We immediately fell in love with this little neighborhood... What beautiful homes and landscaping. We LOVED the tree's. The carriage house we stayed in was just perfect. Beautiful. Loved that it was tucked in the back among the owners garden area. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. Just book this place, you will love it!
