Book For Your Vacation!! This Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo is located 2/10ths of a mile from Weirs beach, with beach rights, SKI Gunstock for the winter it's only 10 miles away.. It is only a 3 minute walk to everything - Boardwalk, Arcades, etc. All major attractions are within a 5 minute drive , from Waterslides and boat launches to Funspot and shopping outlets. Drive 10 to 20 minutes for all summer lakes region attractions, or enjoy fall foliage, The Pool is right out your door. With the pool view from this end unit, and the office right downstairs we believe this is the nicest condo in the complex. Ski the winter, Boat and Beach the Summer, relax and enjoy the foliage. Everything is right outside your doorstep. ***PLEASE NOTE: SUMMER RENTALS are only available for a minimum of at least one full week rental from a Saturday to a Saturday. Beginning the end of June through September labor day.
Fall Foliage: Have you ever been in the lakes region for fall foliage? You will love it, The surroundings are beautiful, especially when you are overlooking the 5th largest lake in the US.
Skiing: Gunstock is only 10 minutes out your door, the snow is great, and the weather is not quite as cold as being way up north, although you can drive there as well. Great winter rental prices.
Please Note: From the first week of June through the end of labor day - September we do not do Daily, Weekend, or any rentals less than the full 7 day week - Saturday to Saturday. This is peak season and we are fully rented every summer so to just rent a partial week is not worth it for us. Thank you!

Summary: Location, location, location. Condo was in the right spot. It is a hop, skips, and a jump to Weirs Beach, Fun Spot, and Meredith. It is right there in the front of the complex. Easy to get in and out. Condo was clean and ready for the stay. Also, great blueberry cake awaiting for us. Pool located right outside the door. Kids loved it. All the cooking equipment needed to stay in and make a good meal. All information that was needed was there. I would highly recommend staying there. Owners responsive.

Summary: location was great as we were headed to a concert which was less than 10 minutes away. We also hung out in weirs beach near the dock and boardwalk area...super close. We also loved Meredith dock and places to go around Meredith. There was a great fruit and veggie store right up the road- picnic Rock farms...the food there was so fresh! Tower hill tavern was a fun time as well with bands and dancing upstairs latenight. The place was a great location and clean! the pool area with the bbq grills was another amazing place to hang during the sunny weather. thanks again!

Summary: We have stayed in these condos for the last 5 years, and I have to say, we really enjoyed this property. It was close to the pool and the laundry room, and we didn’t have to drive the whole loop every time we came and went. The fact that there is an air conditioner in the living room as well as both bedrooms is also a huge plus. The housekeeper also left us some home made blueberry cake that was delicious. We would definitely return to this specific property again.

Summary: This property was great. The location was perfect. Right next to the pool, close to laundry, close to main entrance and close to many attractions. Only complaint was the crew that slept on bunk beds and pull said it wasn’t very comfortable. Queen size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Unit was recently remodeled and looks nice. Thanks for a great visit. We will certainly be back.
