Summary: The weather was cold so could not enjoy the beach. Picture on listing showed Keurig coffeemaker but there was not one so we had to go buy one. Property needs some definite work. Location was nice.

Summary: Very quiet and peaceful residential area. Short walk across the street to the pathway to the bay beach. Decking is in much need of repair but everything else was clean and updated. Please be aware (because it is not disclosed in the listing) linens and towels are included-but the owners ask for you to wash, dry and fold before checking out. I have stayed at many VRBOs and Air B and Bs and never had to do this! You can also bring your own or rent from a rental company. Beach chairs and new gas grill were nice addition to make our stay comfortable . If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience, away from Oceanfront- this is the place for you!
