Summary: We were greeted by Michel at the front gate of this magnificent looking Sainte Maxime villa. Michel walked us through his wonderful garden which has various palm trees , the grass is artificial but is very nice to walk on , to the rear of the villa was our small be more than adequately sized apartment which is attached to the main villa, Michel speaks reasonably good English which made it so easy for us to ask any questions, he is always available should you need to ask for something , Inside the apartment is clean and efficient, everything you need for your stay is there , The essentials like a washing machine , dishwasher , aircon in the bedroom , combo oven and convector hot plate, pots and pans etc we didn’t want for nothing, There is an outside eating area which is undercover where you can prepare your meals with an cold water tap and sink also a weber gas barbecue which I used once to cook some nice barbecued chicken , The pool area is stunning , the hedges offer privacy and the palm trees can give you plenty of shade if you want it , The pool temperature is set at 22 degrees and is crystal clear and a welcome relief on a hot day, The villa is set within a golf course which wasn’t busy when we were there , We had a wonderful stay here , the beach was a short 5 min drive away , plenty of restaurants in the near area, If I was to plan another trip to Sainte Maxime I would certainly return we loved our stay here, Paul and Alison from near Cardiff

Summary: Great location with great hosts! Beautiful view of the golfcourse. The house was as advertised. Our hosts were very helpful and made us feel at home. All in all we had a great stay!

Summary: The house is small but has everything you need. The covered terrace with outdoor kitchen has no view but there is another terrace where you have a beautiful view towards the sea. The owners are very kind and have a small dog who loves to come to say hi from time to time. The pool is great and has two sunbeds and a hammock. There is also a small pool house with a fridge and a lot of (mainly) French books. Too bad you don't have a view of the area due to the hedges. The house is located next to the golf course. It didn't bother us but lawnmowers are often busy early. The downside is the wifi connection. The signal is very weak and drops every now and then. iPads could only be connected through the hotspot of our mobile phone. The owner did his utmost to get this solved but it seems to be a problem in the area. All in all we had a very nice stay. Thank you Michel and Annie.

Summary: We spent 2 lovely weeks with Michel and Annie, they were very helpful and the place was fantastic. Ushka the dog is also a delight and very friendly. The pool was virtually ours for the full 2 weeks and is so refreshing after a hot soak in the sun. Only one slight downside which is there was no air conditioning, only a fan in the bedroom. A portable one would be great please Michel. We will be going back, it’s a lovely place to stay. Jason and Viola

Summary: We’ve just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful property. Our hosts were absolutely charming and most attentive to ensure we enjoyed a super holiday. The rental property is found at the back of the owner’s home and has plenty of its own outdoor space and private lounging area with a spectacular view of the golf course and sea in the distance. The fabulous pool is very inviting and well maintained. We enjoyed the garden at the property too which has been beautifully landscaped. The outdoor kitchen and apartment are very well equipped. The property is situated in a quiet location and a short drive to the golf course or to the beach/town centre. We would love to return as we had a wonderful time. And we fell in love with the owner’s cute dog… just wonderful relaxing under the palm trees by the pool. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Summary: The Apartment is in quiet residential area, on the outskirts of the village St Maxime, which is a nice lively town lots of nice and modern restaurants and beaches, and a 15 min passenger ferry ride away from St. Tropez. The main road from St. Maxime center to residential area (domaine) where the apartment is located has a dedicated bike lane for those who want to cycle. It should be noted that the last part towards the apartment is very steep, so you do get some exercise!. You can also rent ebikes in the village for more support. The apartment itself inside has al conveniences and has a nice modern decoration. In the morning the sun is at the back (where the electrical window shutters can be used to keep rooms dark en cool) and in the evening on the 'front/patio/entrance door' side (with adjustable shade patio-roofcover). For those who need to use the Internet often, the WiFi coverage is excellent in the apartement and even outside near swimming pool usable. Although the apartment patio in front of the entrance itself does not have a view, you can sit on the side of the apartment and have a view over the mountains and see the sea, which we loved to do. Or you can sit in de garden next to the swimming pool, which does look partly over the golf course below. The garden and swimming pool (only shared with the owners residence), is great and has a jetstream which is strong enough to swim against in the water, which is nice for exercise. The owner even provided for a large hammock next to the sun-beds (which are in the picture) which was very comfortable! The back of the apartment is next to the golf course, which means you do not have direct neighbouring houses on that side. Parking at is excellent as the private driveway extends towards the back of the apartment. The owner couple are very kind and helpful which practical tips for what to visit in the region. We enjoyed their company!. We would definitely recommend this apartment!
