Tres Palmas Inn and Villas has been in operation following strict guidelines for the prevention of COVID19. Rincon has almost returned back to normal with restaurants and shops in operation. Though, we remain vigilant in our protocols and also in the conservation and maintenance of our reserve water tanks and industrial generator.
The Lemon House is a charming cottage on a 4-acre marine reserve beachfront estate. This one bedroom, one bathroom cottage accommodates 2-4 people comfortably on a 1Q Size Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. The unit is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, plasma-Satellite Dish TV with Premium Channels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, WiFi, access to swimming pool and laundry facilities. The beach right in front of the estate is the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, people love to snorkel and surf there. However, depending on weather, at times, the currents and tide may not make it suitable for swimming. A few steps (3 minutes walking distance) away is the popular Steps Beach which is more popular for swimming. Maria’s and Domes Beach (famous surfing beaches) will require a longer walk 20-30 minutes. People with children choose the Ensenada Beach, at the left of the property, which is more friendly for swimming. Summary: Neat property with all that you need in a nice area beautiful views. The only problem that we have was very loud neighbors with music from 8 in the morning to late night. But definitely I will return.

Summary: My wife and 2 small kids were looking for a place that was close to the beach, had a pool, close to tourist attractions, and was a good deal for the price. The Lemon House IS that place. It is phenomenal. The Lemon House had everything that we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The AC in the bedroom was nice and cold. The fans in the house kept the rest of the rooms cool. The TV kept my kids happy in the early mornings. I'm sure that if we needed anything else, all we would have had to do was ask. The shared pool seemed, dare I say, even better than the private pool at the house right on the beach. The grounds of Tres Palmas Inn and Villa are supremely well maintained and stunningly pretty. The staff that works at Tres Palmas Inn and Villa are very friendly and helpful (thanks for the fresh picked mangoes!). Tres Palmas Marine reserve is literally a few hundred feet away and is beautiful. The famous Steps Beach is right there. If you want a beach without a reef, the beach by the marina is a short walk on the beach south. We probably visited about 8 different beaches. World class surf breaks are close - some are within walking distance, some are a short drive away. Supermarkets are close by. Restaurants/bars are close by. Shops are close by. In short, this place is amazing and I can't wait to stay there again.

Summary: I can not say enough good things to describe our experience. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Snorkeling, surfing, mountain biking and great food all within minutes. We will be back!!

Summary: This cottage is perfect!! I had my wedding party stay a weekend in this cottage and then I had my honeymoon stay. It was clean, stylish and cozy. It had everything in it that I do at home. Spacious kitchen, fancy pull out couches, spacious bathroom fully stocked appliances in the kitchen such as pots, pans, glasses, eating utensils and much more. The AC in this cottage rocks, I had to sleep with 2 comforters which is great because it keeps the whole house cool. It even has its own little grilling area with lawn chairs to do a cook out. You can easily fit 4 ppl without feeling crammed. Best of all they have cable TV which was a life savor since I didn't miss my shows while on vacation. I can go on forever! But seriously, if you are looking for a budget friendly, beautiful and clean place to stay, look no further! Trust me, you won't regret staying in this cottage.
