Escape the cold weather to this newly renovated home boasting three separate units. Unit three's floor plan is open and spacious with a large kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation seamless in the kitchen that has everything. Gather around the island with friends and family while dinner is served. Enjoy meals on the custom designed dining table that seats six people comfortably. Dishwasher, microwave, double sink, pot & pans, spices, olive oils, coffee maker, blender, sponges, soaps, trash bags and more have all been provided to make our home feel like your home. We also have a Berkey Water Purification System for drinking water so there's no need to buy the bottled stuff. Retire to the outdoor covered patio for an after dinner drink or game night while enjoying the sounds of the coqui frogs. Board games are provide, alcohol beverages are not (wink, wink).
There's a 50" Samsung Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player and cable in the living room.
This property has wifi with the highest speeds offered in Puerto Rico, Starlink satellite enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high data rate activities exceeding the nations standard for broadband internet. Perfect for digital nomads who plan to work & play on Vacation.
Other extras include a Bose wireless speaker, iron and ironing board, hotel style safe, washer and dryer, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and a cooler.
All three bedrooms are large, yet feel cozy and comfortable . Each bedroom has a king size custom designed bed, high end mattresses from Italy, high thread count sheets, down pillows and memory foam pillows. The master bedroom has a desk & chair in case one needs to get a little work done. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms for anyone that needs relief from the tropical climate. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom which has been updated to feel modern and airy. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soaps are provided in the bathrooms. Linens, beach and bath towels are also included in the rental.
The backyard boasts an impressive 15'x30' salt water pool with elongated steps perfect for lounging in the shallow water. There are plenty of chaise lounge chairs around the pool for relaxation. And best of all, the gazebo has two oversize hammocks that are dreamy for enjoying a book and taking an afternoon nap.
Enjoy BBQ'ing on the Weber grill while dining al fresco under the stars. Gas BBQ tanks are provided.
We've provided a pack n play and high chair for anyone traveling with young children.
There are two off street parking spaces available for this unit with easy access to the kitchen to unload groceries.
A comprehensive welcome folder is provided in the rental with useful info about the house, things to do around town, restaurant recommendations, directions to the grocery stores and a map of the town.

Summary: Our overall experience was great. When we first checked in every single light was off (inside and outside) so it was very hard to find the house. Once we found it, all of the windows were open and the AC was off, so it took a bit to cool off the house. The pool area was nice but I didn’t realize, there are different units in this home, and if someone is staying in those units, you’d be sharing the pool area. Luckily for us, no one was there during our stay, so we didn’t encounter that, but something to think about. We were there during hurricane Ernesto, and the communication with the villa host was great. We lost power (the generator kicked in for light and fan) and didn’t have air conditioning for a day and a half or so that was tough, but there wasn’t much the host could do. The day after the hurricane, the pool was a mess, and we had to clean it to the best of our ability. I think the host should’ve cleaned it, but they could have been busy with other properties, I’m not sure. Other than that, the house was in a convenient location, relatively clean, and the host had good communication. All in all, we would book this villa again.

Summary: We had a little mishap with this property, but they were very accommodating and put us in another property right away, which is absolutely beautiful. I would totally recommend this. They worked with us and made sure that we were very comfortable.

Summary: The unit was perfect for our recent visit to Rincon. Close to all of the activities, beaches and restaurants on our wishlist, plus all of the comforts of home. The pool and porch areas were wonderful for unwinding after a busy day.

Summary: Our group ,of 2 moms and 4 kiddos, had a fantastic experience at Allison’s. The pool was amazing and it was the highlight of the trip for our young kiddos. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available on our floor. The town was within walking distance, with lots of choices for restaurants and things to do.

Summary: House was true to photos. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our group. No AC in the main/shared area but 3 very high powered fans to keep air flowing. AC in bedrooms was very nice and efficient. The backyard and pool were beautiful, and we enjoyed some nightly meals on the picnic table and using the gas grill. We had some minor electrical issues throughout the trip, but the property management staff was on top of it, fixing the problems immediately (as they are on site during the day). The only other issue I had was that when we arrived I had to sweep the entire place because it was filled with sand, and there was hair all in the drains of the showers clogging it, which I had to remove. But other than that the place was beautiful and well-kept up! Stocked with tons of towels, extra blankets, and all appliances worked efficiently. The location is close to everything you want to do in Rincon, but in a quiet neighborhood so you feel secluded. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

Summary: Place was nice, clean, check in was easy, pool was lovely. We didn't read the book for guests the first day and took a longer way to the beach. But beach is really 5 min walking away. They have snorkeling equipment and beach chairs available for guests and kitchen had everything we needed. Rincon overall is very nice. We would stay there again.

Summary: Quiet, clean, close to Steps Beach (5 min walk). Pool and it’s surroundings were very peaceful and hammocks comfortable! Room AC units cool off rooms quickly upon returning to house - comfortable sleeping arrangements. Used beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkeling gear everyday - thanks!
