Summary: Three of us adults were comfortable, but cold. The heating cost of fuel and wood for stove was high and made our comfort stressful. Otherwise, moral was easily accessible, accommodating and pleasant. Thank you, Frederica

Summary: Well since you’re asking! Everything was good, apart from just three things. The freezer didn’t work, the door didn’t close properly. The oven and stove top were questionable; the cool down cycle on the oven was long and loud. The master bed mattress was a bit skinny and quite uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Summary: All good. Slightly disappointed in the initial impression .. lots of bins outside, dead baskets & weeds in entrance path and in garden at front plus the same in the rear garden, patio full of weeds & garden furniture in need of some love. Spacious property, clean, a little dark with brown being the dominant colour. Welcome milk, tea, coffee, sugar, no welcome pack. Oven needs cleaning. Comfy beds. Bedroom overly garden on the chilly side. Loved the location, Fortingall very beautiful.

Summary: We enjoyed every aspect of or stay. The cottage was immaculate and had everything required for an enjoyable stay. The owner and caretaker were only a phone call away and only too happy to help when we had a request for an extra evening stay. Nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely recommend the cottage for exploring the wonderful countryside in the area.
