Work has been done to preserve the authenticity of the place and to have all the necessary comfort for a good stay. On the ground floor, a living room with an open kitchen barely separated by a workshop canopy. All on 33 M2 of burgundy stone. A superb oak staircase takes you upstairs where you have on the left, the bedroom and on the right, the S of B. The whole also on 33 M2. In the living room you have a sofa bed which can open into a double bed.

Summary: The property is outstanding. We had a great stay spending several nights in the quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. The location was easy to find and the check in with the owner was very easy. The kitchen is well organized and you can cook a variety of meals. Bathroom is spacious and the washer and dryer were a great asset. I highly recommend this property for a couple.

Summary: Loved this gite. Michel and Carolyn are gracious hosts and were more than accomodating. Clean, spacious, felt right at home. The location is perfect! Wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommended!

Summary: The cottage was nicely renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom but maintaining its old charm. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob if you want to self cater. Close to Beaune and local vineyards.

Summary: We enjoyed the location and how this felt very much like a "farmhouse" feel. Easy access to town. All the needed supplies provided. Plenty of space. Host was easy to contact and always very responsive. They were also very helpful, offering tips and even gave us a bottle of wine. Much appreciated. We used out data for wifi (walls are super thick from the very old construction.. so wifi is spotty at times).
