Summary: Joan was on the spot, all details conveyed before check in. Beds were comfy, house was perfect for 4 guests. We ate out and even cooked dinner one evening. Kitchen was stocked and had everything needed for cooking a family meal. Cottage was ideal and the location was perfect for our UT football game weekend. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Summary: This is our second time to stay here. We love everything about it. Location is ideal for our student who lives in West Campus, she can drive or walk to us easily. Beds are comfy and the home is so cozy, and we love bringing our fur baby. We can't wait to return!
