Summary: We loved our weekend stay here! The cottage was beautiful and the location was peaceful and private. The gated neighborhood also had great amenities and was perfect for taking long walks and enjoying nature.

Summary: Friends, Let’s just say this might be one of our favorite VRBOs so far. First, huge thanks to Walter and Rosa. They were so responsive, understanding, and accommodating. We had to alter our dates slightly due to our daughter catching the flu, and Castillo’s were able to help. From adjusting our dates, to check in, to getting the Wi-Fi set up, someone always responded so quickly. They truly made the process easy. About the cabin…it’s brilliant. So much space in a cozy place. The open floor plan was our favorite, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all together. The finishes were very recently updated, the style was modern, and it was super clean. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the lake and the playground. It’s only 5 or so minutes to the quaint town of Coldspring. This little cabin in the woods has a lot to offer for a quiet family getaway. And please drive carefully around dusk. The white tail deer were everywhere.

Summary: This was such a cute little place to stay the night before my cousins wedding. Quiet and relaxing really did love just getting away from it all! Walter and Rose were very informative for the property and the guide in the home. We will definitely stay again!!
