Summary: Were all really impressed with the property, rooms much more spacious than the photos suggested, and exceptionally clean. Very good location with many activities and tourist attractions within easy reach. Geoff's communication with us was great, as well as both he and his wife Jeannette being friendly neighbours on hand if needed. We will definitely be looking to book with them again when next visiting Cornwall.

Summary: We genuinely cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is a beautiful property, with stunning gardens. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We are so grateful to have found this property last minute - it really is a gem. Absolutely will be coming back!!!!

Summary: Geoff and Jeanette are warm hosts who go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable and idyllic stay. Cottage is outstanding - I was immaculate and beautiful. The garden is magical. Pub 200 yards away and a cute small holding adjacent. Tranquil and private setting. We took our dog and the stair gate they installed helped. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
