Come with family or a few friends to stay at our attractive cottage nestled the woods at the end of a private road. You'll love waking up and walking or biking to nearby Warren Dunes State Park. Spend some time at Captain Mike's Fun Park with the kids, or go shopping in one of the unique local antique shops. There are amazing u-pick farms to visit nearby if you wish to sample local blueberries, peaches, apples, and more.
It is not unusual to see a mother deer with her baby walking across the front lawn early in the morning. There are also countless squirrels, rabbits, and birds. We have even seen dozens of wild turkeys strolling across the property in a big group.
You can end your days by roasting marshmallows and hot dogs over the fire pit or watching the sunset at the beach. You'll be glad you chose to stay with us! Please contact me for additional information.

Summary: This is the cutest lil house, located super close to Lake Michigan. We had our doggo with us and this was perfect for him. House is back in the woods , on about a cleared half acre with plenty of room for us to walk him. The house itself is older but well maintained and clean with awesome amenities including the best bed we’ve ever slept on at a VRBO. Clean bamboo sheets just like home. Lots of kitchen utensils and plenty of linens. Washer and dryer. Truly loved it here and would definitely recommend. So homey. And very reasonably priced. Thank you for renting to us an obviously well loved cottage.

Summary: This is a great setting with huge trees. Very close to Warren Dunes. Rustic cottage with sparse decoration. Two things I would add: a hook on the door of the small bathroom. And a luggage rack or small table in the bedroom. I had to put everything on the floor. Everything worked just fine. It was a good stay.

Summary: Our family had a great time at this cottage. The location was great (super close to the dunes and a fun local produced market) and the house was clean, cozy and woodsy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill, campfire pit, and the fun extras (ping pong table and swing). Everyone- from the kid to the teens to the adults- had fun on the swing and playing ping pong! The washer and dryer were a great plus too. We highly recommend this cottage!

Summary: We stayed here 7 years ago with our two previous dogs so decided our dogs now needed the joy of going also. Love it that we can take our dogs with us. Our host Sara assured us our dogs were welcomed even though they were a wee bit above the 50 pounds. This cottage is located within 2 minutes of Warren Dunes State Park so easy to hit the trails for walks. We did take rugs to put down for the dogs-we remembered from our time before. Just a great trip and the pups loved it.

Summary: This property was perfect for meeting up with friends for a long liesurely weekend of cooking out, playing card games, walking through Warren Dunes State Park, and playing with our dog on the beach. The house was a clean turnkey rental with a fully stocked kitchen of cookware and dishes. We enjoyed the local meat market and produce stands. The house is surrouned by woods with a fabulous patio to cookout and relax with friends. We would definitely rent this property again.
