2 Bedroom House in Tauxigny

Former restored barn, the house is in the heart of the peaceful Tours countryside. Ideally located to visit the most beautiful sites of the Loire (castles, cellars, Beauval zoo ...) or simply to rest and relax.
The house is completely autonomous in terms of its access, you will enjoy perfect tranquility.
The house is an outbuilding of the property (old farmhouse) renovated by us while retaining the original elements: beams, stone walls with private access and can accommodate up to 5 people (6 with baby)
On the ground floor a large living room with beams and with access to the terrace and the garden.
A spacious and equipped kitchen (washing machine and dryer, nespresso coffee machine and capsules, microwave, teapot and tea).
A large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and giving access to the garden.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
500 m² of land with views over the fields.
You will enjoy the tranquility of the place. Barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxation are available.
Cot (umbrella and mattress) and high chair will be provided.
The rental amount includes: bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, all consumption of electricity, water and heating, use of washing machine and detergent.
Living on the same property, I remain available.
Minimum 2 night reservation.
A cleaning fee of 50 euros will be applied in addition to the subsistence costs to be paid upon arrival.

Summary: If you are looking for a most wonderful home out in the country, near the Loire and castles around, this is it. This is an old stone house, tastefully remodeled, very specious for four adults and one child. Whether cooking meals and dining in the kitchen, bbq'ing and dining outside, or sitting and relaxing in the living room, this was a perfect home and four-day stay for us. A beautiful property, fields and stunning views all around, and we enjoyed evening walks along the country roads during sun set. The photos are a good representation, and you will find the house and property to be even better than the photos can show. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a serene and tranquil stay, with 30-50 minutes drive to some of the best castles of the Loire Valley, and small villages close by.
