Summary: This is a charming home set in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the lake and parks. The rooms are spacious and overall well kept. The patio is perfect for outside dining. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys. Temperature was well regulated upstairs with window air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. The house handled our crew of 9 very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay. I’d have 3 recommendations (minor): a cutting board (maybe we didn’t see it), a Keurig machine, and a queen bed instead of a full in the upstairs bedroom. Summary: The location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere - we had an amazing time. House had everything we needed. However, 3 of our partying was coughing and sneezing any time we were back at the house. The house seemed clean enough - we assume the age of the house, or maybe residual dust caused our allergies to flare up?
