The Coastal Cottage is the front portion of a duplex which was recently remodeled with new floors, fixtures and paint.
You'll love the really comfy memory-foam mattresses (2 Queens). Everything is new and fresh. There is one dedicated parking space and street parking is allowed. We provide starter size soap and paper essentials, a keurig coffee maker and a washer/dryer. Enjoy high-speed Fiber 500 internet, Roku TV and Free YouTube TV. Summary: This was a beautiful place, so close to downtown and walking distance to Gillispie park. Also 17 mins drive to siesta beach. Very easy to check in and out. Ann was very helpful and responded fast. Love the location, the furniture and decorations everything is new and modern. I will love to stay here again.

Summary: Location not bad although a bit too far to walk to downtown.The kitchen had bugs ……tiny crawling bugs everyday I would kill 30-40 bugs There was a keypad and a locking lever on the door. By accident, my husband locked the lever door knob. I called the property manager. She insisted that was impossible since there was no locking lever. I assured her there was.After calling the maintenance man who had no key because he said they thought that locking lever had been removed we had to wait for locksmith. We were locked out of the rental for several hours. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if we were able to go about our business, however, the property manager refused to send maintenance to the house until I went back to the house to take a picture of the locking door knob that she insisted was not there. Unfortunately, we missed our dinner reservations because of this mishap the property manager has still not responded to my text and it has now been over a week. Very poor communication.
